About the Role

We specialise in monocouche render, thin-coat systems and external wall insulation (EWI), with a strong reputation for workmanship, reliability and professionalism.

We are looking for an experienced full-time renderer to join our growing team.

This is not a “turn up and get by” role. We are building a high-standard, reliable team and expect pride in your work, punctuality and professionalism on every project.

Full-Time Labourer

💷 £24,000 – £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are looking for a reliable full-time labourer to support our installation team on site.

This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced renderers. You’ll be involved in preparation, mixing materials, loading out, protecting properties and keeping sites clean and organised.

We are building a trusted database of experienced subcontract renderers to support larger projects and additional workload across West and North Yorkshire.

This is not a full-time employed position. Subcontractors will be paid on agreed terms, with rates and payment schedules discussed prior to works commencing.

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in rendering systems (monocouche, thin-coat, EWI preferred)
